How you react to the problem, determines how long you stay in it!  

…Trust me, We’ve travelled very far away from where we started, We scaled enormous hurdles, shipwrecks and disappointments.

We got to the end of Hope, where nothing seem to issue. 


We’ve come across buildings we cannot access, We’ve experienced failures due to our fears, We’ve been faced with Job Interviews where our wheelchairs broke the silence, We’ve heard voices and touched things we’ve never seen, We’ve been assaulted and maltreated because we had no defence, We’ve been pushed back amidst the crowd because we are tagged ‘insignificant’, Trust me, we’ve been through a lot, even worst.

Many of us have backed out, A few took to suicidal thoughts, Others decided to carve out a niche for themselves, and have become beggars; After all, the social system and policies have been an eyesore. 


However, some of us refused to quit, We live everyday of our lives waving the flag of a brighter tomorrow.

We are the signpost that has the inscription that says ‘No To Impossibility!

‘We are the ones wearing the shoes, so we know exactly where and how it hurts. We will not stop praying and hoping for a New Nigeria! 

Likewise, we will not stop advocating for the all-round inclusivity of Persons With Disabilities, especially in this clime. We will continue to push Till we pull through!
